Installing a new Lee Tennis red clay court is quick and cost-efficient. A layer of finely crushed, red rock particles is simply installed over a porous base of crushed stone aggregate to produce a finished surface.
1. Prepare the subgrade.
2. Install the piping and cells for the HydroCourt® sub-irrigation
system.
3. Cover the subgrade with a porous, crushed stone base layer for
stabilization and proper drainage.
4. Connect interior and exterior piping. Set and connect the
HydroCourt fill boxes.
5. One-inch layer of red clay is evenly dispersed over the entire
surface and then rolled.
6. Center anchor and net posts are retrofitted to industry specifications.
7. Line tapes are installed.
8. In as few as ten days, your red clay court is ready for play.
